Terms and Conditions for Women's All Inclusive ski treat Package

Welcome to our Women’s Ski Program! By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand the booking process, cancellations, and refund policies.

1. Booking and Payment

  • A 20% deposit of ¥530,000 is required at the time of booking to confirm your place in the program.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days after the deposit.
  • If the full balance is not paid by the due date, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by you. More than 90 days before the start of the program:
You will receive a refund minus:
    • 20% non-refundable deposit
    • Any funds spent on third-party services (e.g., ski equipment, restaurant deposits)
    • 3% credit card fee (if you paid by credit card)
  • Within 90 days of the start date:
A refund may be given if we are able to replace you on the program, minus:
    • 20% non-refundable deposit
    • Any third-party payments already made
    • 3% credit card fee (if you paid by credit card)
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Certain services (e.g., restaurant reservations, private chef experiences, ski equipment rentals) require advance payments that are non-refundable. We cannot refund these amounts if you cancel, as they are paid directly to third-party providers.
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • In the event we must cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.

No Refunds for Missed Activities Due to Illness: If you become ill or are unable to participate in any scheduled activities (e.g., skiing, dining out), we are unable to offer refunds for missed activities. The program is designed as an all-inclusive experience, and all payments are final once the program has commenced.

3. Changes to the Program

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to the program itinerary (e.g., dining arrangements, timing of activities) to ensure the best possible experience.
  • Accommodation Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the accommodation as needed based on group size or other logistical reasons. Any changes will be communicated to participants in advance, and we will ensure that the new accommodation maintains the comfort and quality of the program.
  • Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance, and we will offer alternatives when possible.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers skiing and adventure activities. This is particularly important as we do not provide refunds for any of the following circumstances:

  • Illness or injury before or during the program, including inability to participate in skiing or other scheduled activities.
  • Travel delays or cancellations that may affect your ability to arrive on time or participate fully.
  • Unexpected personal events such as family emergencies that prevent you from attending the program.
  • Natural disasters, severe weather, or other force majeure events that may impact travel plans.

By joining the program, you acknowledge that any missed activities, disruptions, or cancellations due to the above circumstances will not be eligible for a refund from us. Travel insurance can help recover your costs in these cases.

Please ensure your policy covers all potential risks associated with your participation in a ski program, including but not limited to medical coverage, trip cancellations, and emergency evacuation if necessary.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the program.
  • Participation in skiing and related activities is at your own risk, and we recommend that you have appropriate coverage for skiing and adventure activities.

6 Health and Dietary Requirements

  • Please inform us of any health conditions or dietary restrictions at the time of booking by filling out the provided dietary form.
  • We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs; however, some restrictions may not be fully catered to due to the nature of local dining options.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or modifications to the program due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control. In such cases, refunds or alternative arrangements will be offered based on the specific situation.
