What to Look forward too
"Leave the Planning to Me—Immerse Yourself Fully in the Experience."
At our retreat, our mission is to ensure you receive the dedicated support needed to focus on your skiing goals while immersing yourself in an inspiring and nurturing environment. You’ll be paired with women of similar skill levels and shared passions, all while being personally chauffeured by me throughout your stay.
Beyond the slopes, we’ve curated a series of off-snow experiences just for you. Savor the finest Japanese cuisine, enjoy exclusive private chef dinners, relax in soothing onsen hot springs, and unwind with après-ski gatherings. Together, you’ll explore new horizons, foster lasting connections, and experience unforgettable moments.

What to expect
7:45 AM – Meet Tash in the Tatami Room for a gentle wake-up session to prepare the body. The focus is on building awareness of different muscle groups and postures, helping you incorporate these movements into your skiing—all in a relaxed, calming setting.
8.30 AM – Enjoy a Japanese style breakfast overlooking the river!
9:30 AM – Hit the slopes! Each day will focus on a specific movement to enhance your skiing technique, such as stance, rotary, edging, or pressure control. I’ll also capture video of your movements in the morning, and over coffee, we’ll review the footage to see where improvements can be made.
12.30 PM Savor a well-earned lunch at one of my favorite local restaurants, renowned for its fresh, flavorful dishes. I’ll recommend the best places based on your preferences.
1:30 PM – Let’s reinforce the morning’s skills with more skiing and explore some new runs.
3.30 PM- End the day with a relaxing trip to the Onsen, and perhaps indulge in a sweet treat or an après-ski stop on the way.
6:30 PM –
Time for dinner! Each night offers a different culinary experience—from a full Omakase course to casual izakaya dining, and on nights we’re feeling a bit more laid back, we’ll enjoy a private chef’s dinner or a homemade hotpot sourced with local ingredients.
The Inspiration
“I have been truly inspired by the women whom I have taught skiing. Filled with enthusiasm and motivation to improve their skills, it is clear that skiing offers much more than just an exhilarating experience; it can also lead to empowerment and personal growth.
If you’re feeling uncertain about skiing, perhaps because you’re used to running after your kids or following your overly enthusiastic husband down runs that make you uncomfortable, why not try a different approach and ski with a group of like-minded women?
Having had the pleasure of coaching at Mt. Hotham’s Women’s Week, I witnessed the camaraderie that developed among women as they learned and supported each other. With this in mind, I wanted to improve my services by creating my own women’s group in Niseko, where we can ski together, improve our skills and build friendships.
If you’re contemplating trying out a new skiing destination, then I highly recommend joining me in Hokkaido, Japan. Not only will you experience world-class skiing, but you will also delve into the food culture and relaxation opportunities that make for an unforgettable holiday.”
